Why one system
Most distilleries we talked to were running their plant on a stack of three or four tools: a spreadsheet for production, a paper barrel log, QuickBooks for the books, and someone's brain for TTB reporting. Numbers disagreed. Period closes took days.
Strong Systems is the one calm system underneath all of that. Production, barrels, bottling, inventory, purchasing, TTB, and accounting — every screen ties back to the same records.
